In 2021, Gail Morris received a 1st Place Award - Middle School Level at the 2021 STEM Educator Awards: Recognizing Exceptional Educators state-wide.

In 2020, Gauger-Cobbs Middle School competed in the National TSA competition. Gauger received three awards for their outstanding performances.
